Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of The Dandenong and District Netball Association Inc. will be held on Tuesday, March 10th at 7 pm in the Meeting Room.
AGENDA
1. Apologies
2. Confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on March 4th 2025
3. Receive the Annual report of the Board on the activities of the Association during the preceding year.
4. Receive the financial statements of the Association for the 2025 calendar year submitted by the Board in accordance with part 7 of the Act.
5. to elect the members of the Committee
BOARD OF MANAGEMENT - CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
Nominations are called for the following positions:
POSITION 1: President (2-year term)
POSITION 2: Secretary (2-year term)
5 COMMITTEE MEMBERS (1-year term)
Nominations Close: Tuesday 3rd March 2026
Annual General Meeting to be held: Tuesday 10th March 2026 at 7.00pm
